Microneedle therapy (also referred to as Skin Needling or Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT) is one the newest, and most effective skin treatments available. Skin Needling or Micro-Needling is a form of Collagen Induction Therapy which is intended to significantly improve the appearance of acne scars, aged and sun damaged skin, facial and décolleté lines, wrinkles and stretch marks. It is also said to be useful in dramatically increasing absorption of topically applied skin preparations.
How does skin needling work?
The concept of skin needling is based on the skin’s natural ability to repair itself whenever it encounters physical damage such as cuts, burns and other abrasions. Immediately after an injury occurs to the skin our body reuses the damaged collagen and elastin fibres as well as other damaged skin components to produce new ones. Skin needling allows for controlled induction of the skin’s self repair mechanism by creating micro “injuries” in the skin which triggers new collagen synthesis, yet does not pose the risk of permanent scarring. The result is smoother, firmer and younger looking skin.

Mesotherapy involves tiny superficial injections of a potent skin revitalising 'cocktail' of vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants, and amino acids. When this 'cocktail' is injected across the skin barrier it promotes the production of collagen and elastin, all while stimulating the skin’s metabolism.
Mesotherapy is a gentle and natural compliment or alternative to other antiaging treatments such as botox, fillers or Liposuction. Mesotherapy supplies the skin with essential ingredients to restore vitality and radiance to the skin.
Mesotherapy will from the very first treatment improve circulation, replace lost vitamins, minerals and amino acids in the lower levels in the skin. The Mesotherapy treatment is effective for skin rejuvenation, non surgical face lifting, weight loss, hair loss and breaking down stubborn cellulite. Truly THE most lusted after 'A List' treatment!

A non-invasive and non-surgical cosmetic hair restoration procedure which has been steadily gaining in popularity. Superficial microinjections are inserted just below the epidermal layer of the skin into the appropriate tissues to stimulate the mesoderm layer in the skin, which lies at a depth of about 1mm beneath the surface. This encourages the hair’s natural regeneration and proliferation process. Mesotherapy treatment has now been used for decades to successfully restore luster and volume to thinning hair. The technology at the root of the treatment is based on the understanding that most hair loss problems are a result of lack of proper nutrients, reduced blood circulation to the scalp, and hormone imbalances (DHT, in particular) around the hair follicle. For hair restoration treatments, the mesotherapy solution injected into the scalp contains a special combination of specific chemicals, minerals, amino acids, vitamins, nucleic acids, and co-enzymes specifically tailored according to the patient’s unique requirements. The treatment restores hormone balance at a gradual pace, which enables the steady growth of new, healthy hair strands.

A chemical peel is a technique used to improve and smooth the texture of the skin. Chemical peels are intended to remove the outermost layers of the skin. To accomplish this task, the chosen peel solution induces a controlled injury to the skin resulting in wound healing processes which begin to regenerate new tissues. The dead skin eventually peels off and the regenerated skin is usually smoother and less wrinkled than the old skin.
There are light, superficial peels, medium peels and deep peels.
Overall, the results depend on the “depth” of the peel. In any event, you can expect fine lines, wrinkles and skin discolorations to become less visible. Skin texture will be visibly improved, collagen production boosted and blackheads will be reduced.

MILLION DOLLAR BODY
The Million Dollar Body treatment involves a 6 step process that not only includes skin-needling but has a range of other steps involved to promote healing, skin regeneration and hydration. Triggering collagen production through a microneedling technique this treatment can treat a range of skin issues, from wrinkles and acne scars to stretch marks and sagging skin. During the treatment, ultra thin needles create minuscule columns in the dermis, which triggers the skin’s healing abilities. As the skin heals, it fills in the columns with fresh, new skin cells, resulting in firmer, smoother skin and new collagen production these are just a few of the micro needling benefits.
This treatment requires virtually no downtime because it does not disturb the outer-most layer of skin, while promoting healing and growth in the layers below.
Available for all skin types.
