5 Things Jennifer Aniston does to make 51 look like 31!

I mean, come on, there is no denying the fact that Jennifer Aniston is bossing this thing called ageing! She is probably one of the most beautiful women on earth and quite frankly has made growing older look like a breeze! From her iconic role as 'Rachel' in friends through to her latest role in 'The Morning Show', her skin has arguably never looked better. It’s glowy, smooth, and seemingly flawless! Of course, she works hard on her skincare routine. And here’s exactly what she does to maintain that fresh-faced look...

Yep, you hear me talk about it (Sorry, go oooonnnn about it) all the time! But, there is no denying that is seriously is the best anti-ager you will ever get! Come rain, come shine you need to be wearing it every. single. day. “My biggest beauty regret is the amount of sunbathing I used to do without sunscreen. I mean, baby oil? What was I thinking?….I loved being brown — I loved it, I loved it, I loved it.” she confessed to allure. Thankfully, there are so many ways you can get that sunkissed, just walked off the beach look now without having to burn yourself to a crisp!

JA feels that many people “lose perspective” and go too far with Botox and plastic surgery. “Why would you want to atrophy muscles anyway?” she asks. “If you don’t workout, eventually everything drops.” To keep her skin taut and smooth, she swears by microcurrent facials. “It’s like a little workout for your face,” she recently said in an interview with the LA Times.

Urghhh of course!! So, this one is a hard one for me -dont get me wrong, i eat well but i would struggle to completely restrict sugar from my diet. I mean, it seems like its in everything!

Jennifer Aniston swears by avoiding “processed foods, sugars, or high-saturated foods” as much as possible.

Coco Chanel once famously said, “Before leaving the house, a lady should look in the mirror and remove one accessory” and the same rule could be applied to makeup, according to JA. “Less is more,” says the star, who learned the value of “peeling away those layers” soon after moving to Hollywood. “I had a boyfriend who always said I looked better without makeup. It took me a while to feel comfortable enough to remove that armour, but I eventually realised he was right.”

As someone who works with skin day in, day out, I 100% agree with this. Often makeup can cause clogged pores, spots, and uneven skin tone. Whilst I am not saying that not wearing makeup at all is the answer, I would definitely suggest having at least a day a week without any and letting your skin breath! Oh, and make sure you keep your makeup brushes clean!!

Yup, this one for me is sooo important! No matter how tired, drunk or busy you are, always, always wash your face before you go to bed! Double Cleansing is my absolute must -do in your skin care routine and it turns out this is Jennifer's as well! Have you ever washed your makeup off before bed, yet mysteriously woken up with liner smudged under your eyes? Here's why: Twelve- to 24-hour foundations, mascaras, eyeliners, and eye shadows are all made with polymers that don't easily dissolve with soap and water, or water-based makeup remover.

To really remove all traces of your makeup, wash your face twice. First, use an oil-based cleanser to remove your makeup (the oil breaks down the waxes and polymers way more effectively than soap and water). Then, use a gentle non-soap cleanser to rid your skin of any leftover residue.

So, there you have it guys & gals - you want to look as good as the queen does at 51 then start now!
